The Office of Equity and Inclusion manages faculty recruitment in partnership with the Office of Faculty Affairs and school-level hiring officials. Our team provides training, strategic guidance, and ongoing support throughout the recruitment process.
Department of Equity and Civil Rights Compliance (DECRC) is responsible for the effective administration of the University’s Faculty Search Policy and Procedures [Policy 4.6]. In addition to supporting the administration of the Faculty Search policy, DECRC ensures compliance with Emory’s Affirmation Action Obligations VEVRRA and Section 503.
